Acceptance of Terms of Sale

Order
Moovcab confirms the acceptance of its purchase order to the email address he has given. The sale will be concluded only after the confirmation of the order. Moovcab reserves the right to cancel any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute over payment of a previous order.
To order rental car with driver, your application will be made based on means vehicles we have available at the time of the order and an agreement based on a quotation or an electronic telephone conversation or with the one interviewee. The cancellation of a reservation must be sent to us by mail, phone or by post if necessary 24 hours before the service. Cancellation fees may apply according to the following rules:
Cancellation:
- No charge if we are notified 24 hours before serving.
- 50% VAT delivery if we are notified within 12 hours before serving
- 100% of the benefit tax if we are notified less than 6 hours before serving.
- Cancellation J-1: no charge
- cancellation on the day, more than 5 hours before the treatment: 50% of the service includes
- cancellation on the day, less than 3 hours before the treatment: 100% duty TTC
Moovcab can not be held responsible for any damage caused by delay, deleting a match, especially because of bad weather or poor road conditions.
Price
All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (Chf) or Dollars ($). The price indicated in the order confirmation is the final price, inclusive of all taxes and VAT. This price includes transfer / provision of the vehicle, the soft drinks, magazines, fuel costs, tolls and insurance "transported persons".
Transferring tariff is applicable to direct movement without stopping since the point of support to the point of arrival, the service ending directly after removal (drop off). Displayed prices of our services are subject to change except when a quote has been previously established. Our quotes are valid 30 days from the date of issue.
Payment
The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by Moovcab. Any complaint is admissible only within 8 days of the execution of the provision of carriage concerned. After this period, no claim will be considered.
We accept the following payments:

- Payment via our online store (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal etc ..)
